All products from Ferrari electronic AG are collectively known under the OfficeMaster brand. OfficeMaster 4 installed on Windows systems provides users with a powerful unified messaging solution that offers fax, SMS and voicemail services. Using central conversion (also known as rendering), users can send messages with attachments to the fax server for transmission as fax/SMS, without requiring any proprietary workstation software.

In combination with the OfficeMaster hardware, these services and also Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging (voicemail) and Microsoft Lync 2010 can be operated without further changes to the hardware.
