The advantages of OfficeMaster are best utilized in an enterprise where it is used for the automated distribution and reception of business documents such as offers, orders, reminders, etc. This requires its integration into the existing ERP software, such as Dynamics NAV, Infor, proALPHA, sage, Step Ahead or SAP Business One, or into CRM systems as Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, cobra, CAS Software or Fischer Software.

For integration of this type, Ferrari electronic's OfficeMaster basic package already offers interfaces with the qualified electronic signature (depending on the existing license). These interfaces enable the integration of the functions ordering (with documents to be sent), status messaging (of sent documents) and reception (of new documents).

The simplest and most established interface is ordering by (network-) printing where the transmission parameters such as fax number, electronic mail address and transmission time are submitted in the document.

Deeper integrations – such as for SAP – usually require custom developments. These can be realized by Ferrari electronic's Professional Services, or by Ferrari electronic's Competence Centers (certified resellers). Many solutions are already available from these partners.
