Ferrari electronic's OfficeMaster Flex provides a client that fulfills a wide range of requirements. Originally developed as a pure CTI client, OfficeMaster Flex now is able to manage voice mails and send fax messages.
The features of the fax and CTI client OfficeMaster Flex are:
- Integrated journal for incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Freely definable speed-dial keys
- System-wide definable hot-keys for functions
- Initiation of actions in Outlook and Lotus Notes, e.g. assign phone numbers to contacts

When installed under Windows, a fax-printer driver (32 bit/64 bit) is available on the client to initiate (fax) printing from any application. When starting a fax-printing job, a dialog window pops up for adding further documents or short messages to the original document.
An additional highlight of OfficeMaster Flex is its integration into Lotus Notes and Outlook. While working with their familiar mail client, users can utilize additional features provided by OfficeMaster Flex. Calls are initiated directly from the telephone directory in the mail client, fax messages can be sent, and voice messages are stored in the inbox like e-mails.
