You are an end user? This is how we support you:
After purchasing our OfficeMaster products, you are entitled to free support for 4 weeks. Our support will help you with problems with OfficeMaster if you have registered your version. A registering card comes with all our products. The online registration is even simpler. With the support number you will be entitled to request a return phone call from our support. Our support guarantees a response within 24 hours. The support number is valid for 4 weeks.
After this period you will be charged for our support. You will have the choice either to buy a support ticket valid for 2 weeks, or sign a support contract with us.
The support ticket similarly guarantees a response time of 24 hours. Please note that you must have a valid support ticket ready to hand to get support. We recommend that you have a number of tickets on stock.
With the support contract, which is valid for at least one year, you benefit from our premium support. The guaranteed response time is 4 hours. Software updates are free of charge if a support contract is closed. A prerequisite is that you are using the current software version when you sign the contract.

When installing our products at your customer’s sites, you benefit from free installation support via telephone. For this you have to be registered as a reseller (proof of reseller status) and apply for a support number. This number is valid for 6 months.
