We were a pioneer in computer fax back in 1989 and are still one of the leading companies in the industry in the field of legally compliant document exchange and fax.

Call recording is also an integral part of our solutions for unified communications.

Stephan Leschke

Stephan Leschke

Stephan Leschke (*1970) attended Kiel University. He finished his studies with a diploma in law. Following this, he started his professional career as a consultant for Thinking-Dimensions GmbH before transitioning to multiple leading positions in the areas Consulting, Business Development and Strategic Marketing. These positions included Senior Strategy Consultant at CYRAMID AG, Head of Marketing Central Europe at CORDYS Deutschland AG as well as two and a half years as Director Corporate Development at E-Commerce provider Intershop.

In October 2011, Stephan Leschke joined the Management Board at Ferrari electronic AG. He is in charge of the Sales, Marketing and Finances departments of the Unified-Communications specialist. Stephan Leschke has extensive experience in the development of strategies, marketing and corporate IT. Stephan Leschke was appointed CEO of Ferrari electronic AG on 01.01.2015.

Dr. Rolf Fiedler

Dr. Rolf Fiedler

Rolf Fiedler (born 1971) studied electrical engineering with a focus on information technology at the Chemnitz University of Technology and electronic engineering at the University of South Australia in Adelaide.

He began his professional career in 1996 at Ferrari electronic AG, where he promoted the use of digital signal processing in the form of soft modems for fax. In parallel, he did research on computer architectures of digital signal processors, which led to his doctorate at the TU Chemnitz on the topic of "Microarchitecture of a digital signal processor" in 2002.

Afterwards, he worked as an independent consultant in the areas of FPGA, ASIC and machine-oriented software development for various companies in the computer and telecommunications industries. As a founding partner of innoventif Ltd., he has been responsible for the conception and development of telephone recording products since 2004. Fiedler has been a member of the supervisory board of Ferrari electronic AG since 2011.

On September 01, 2014, he was appointed to the Management Board of Ferrari electronic AG. There, Rolf Fiedler is responsible for the hardware and software development as well as the manufacturing of the unified communications products. He brings extensive experience in the development of innovative technology products and is responsible for the further development of the processes in place for this purpose.

Prof. Dr. Christian Pätz

Prof. Dr. Christian Pätz

After training as an electronics technician, Prof. Dr. Christian Pätz studied electrical engineering at the Technical Universities of Dresden and Chemnitz and obtained his doctorate in 1998. In 2000, he founded Peppercon AG, which was awarded the title of most successful start-up in Saxony. After selling the company to Raritan Inc. New Jersey in 2004, he worked there in various management positions.

In 2008, he founded the company Z-Wave Europe GmbH with the aim of establishing the Z-Wave wireless technology for the smart home, which was completely unknown in Europe at the time. With the founding of Peppercon GmbH as an investment tool for business angel investments, he has been promoting innovative ideas and advising companies for many years.

Prof. Dr. Pätz is a well-known expert in the field of wireless networking through many lectures and publications in Europe and Asia.  

Prof. Dr. Pätz has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ferrari electronic AG since November 15, 2023.
