Ferrari electronic AG, a leading provider of unified communications solutions with a focus on secure document exchange, will be exhibiting at GITEX EUROPE from 21 to 23 May 2025. The Berlin-based company will be showcasing its OfficeMaster Suite for the secure digital exchange of documents at the joint Berlin-Brandenburg stand (Hall 4.2, Stand B-10). GITEX EUROPE is Europe's largest event for technology, start-ups and digital investments, organized by KAOUN International and supported by the Berlin Senate.
With its OfficeMaster Suite, Ferrari electronic is presenting a solution for tamper-proof and data protection-compliant document exchange in IP environments at GITEX. The software combines existing e-mail systems with the communication channels fax, voicemail and SMS as well as Next Generation Document Exchange (NGDX) to create an intelligent unified communications solution - on premise, in the cloud or in a hybrid model. Documents are transmitted via the Next Generation Document Exchange (NGDX) standard: Documents are transferred end-to-end and encrypted multiple times as PDFs with metadata and keywording to the recipient's email inbox or information system. This enables seamless and automated further processing in business process management solutions and other applications.
Integrated IT security
To ensure the security of sensitive data, such as account or health information, both the document itself and the transport route are encrypted. Hashes are also used to check the integrity of the documents and prevent tampering. Active content such as hyperlinks or potentially harmful applications are excluded from the transmission. The OfficeMaster Suite thus contributes to the cyber security of companies and organizations.
Formatting and resolutions are retained during data transfer, enabling loss-free document exchange. Even extensive document collections, such as patient files, can be transferred securely. A qualified and court-proof transmission report confirms the successful transfer.
The software is developed and customer support is provided exclusively at Ferrari electronic's German headquarters in Berlin/Teltow. This ensures that the software is developed and updated in accordance with strict European standards.
