New from Ferrari electronic: Transcribe and save legally admissible phone recordings using AI

Ferrari electronic, a leading provider of unified messaging solutions, is launching the new Version 6 of OfficeMaster CallRecording. The solution is designed for companies and organizations that use call recordings in their day-to-day business operations, such as customer service call centers, sales organizations—including those of banks and insurance companies—and emergency call centers. The highlight of the new version is AI-powered transcription of phone recordings. In addition, the technologies in CallRecording 6 have been comprehensively updated to support the latest drivers and current IT infrastructure, such as Windows 10/11 wit 64 Bit and Windows Server 2022/2025, thereby enhancing security. OfficeMaster CallRecording 6 will be available starting in October 2026.

Stephan Leschke, CEO of Ferrari electronic, comments: “With our new OfficeMaster Suite 9, we introduced the Speech AI feature for the first time in April 2026. The positive customer feedback and the wide range of use cases for AI in speech transcription have encouraged us to make the AI Speech Server available for OfficeMaster CallRecording as well. Our major clients in the financial services and security sectors have clearly indicated to us that this feature offers them many benefits. We are now making these benefits available to all our customers.”

The new AI component ensures that voice messages recorded with the OfficeMaster CallRecording Client 6 are efficiently converted to text and stored in conjunction with the AI Speech Server. This makes them quick and easy to search and ensures they are stored effectively. Seamless integration into business process management solutions or storage in archiving and document management systems can thus be easily implemented. The AI Speech Server operates within the local IT network, without a cloud connection, thereby ensuring data protection and digital sovereignty. This provides companies and organizations with a solution that demonstrably complies with regulatory requirements and documents telephone conversations in a legally valid and efficient manner.

New USB driver optimized for current operating systems

In addition to SIP recording, the call recording solution continues to support the use of USB-based recording devices for analog and ISDN connections. The USB driver for connecting recording devices has been updated for the new version. This means the driver can be installed and used without having to disable the new security features in Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 and 2025 related to kernel isolation and memory integrity, as was necessary with the old driver version. Security and compatibility are thus guaranteed. When combined with OfficeMaster CallRecording and a PC or laptop, this creates a call recording system that can be used flexibly and comprehensively to store recordings from telecommunications connections.

You can try the AI component for free until December 31, 2026!
