Please note: New support contracts can only be concluded with the latest version of the OfficeMaster Suite (currently version 8).
Our support also supports the current software version (OfficeMaster Suite 8) and its predecessor version (OfficeMaster Suite 7). In terms of hardware, only the OfficeMaster Gate generation is supported. Here you can find the Version overview.

Our support team is on hand to provide you with optimum support for your communication solutions. Whether it's technical questions, product advice or the installation of our software - we offer you competent service. Use our wide range of support services such as the knowledge database, remote maintenance and technical documentation to resolve your issues quickly and effectively. You can rely on our many years of expertise to ensure that your communication systems run smoothly.
Your support when you set up OfficeMaster for the first time
When you purchase our OfficeMaster products, you receive four weeks of free support. To enable our support team to help you, you must register your products with us. A convenient registration dialog will guide you through the configuration process. You send us the data and then receive a support number that you can use to request a callback from our support team by phone, e-mail or web form. We guarantee a response time of 24 hours. The support number is valid for four weeks from the date of registration.
After these four weeks, further support from our employees is subject to a charge. You can either purchase a support ticket or sign a support contract with us.

Your options for receiving further support
The support ticket includes a guaranteed response time of 24 hours and is limited to two weeks. Please note that you must have a valid ticket number in order to receive support.
Support for at least one year is available via our Premium Support contract. Further information can be found in the document listed below.
Standard support from Ferrari electronic is provided Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 16:30. If you have requirements that go beyond this, we will be happy to advise you.
